What You'll Do As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for leading restaurant operations during your shift while creating an environment where both guests and team members have a great experience. Lead and motivate team members throughout each shift Deliver exceptional hospitality and ensure every guest leaves satisfied Coach team members while reinforcing company standards and expectations Maintain food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and order accuracy Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations as needed Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed Execute opening and closing procedures Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally Lead by example while supporting both the front and back of house What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Leads with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Enjoys coaching, developing, and motivating others Thrives in a fast-paced environment Communicates effectively and remains calm under pressure Takes pride in providing outstanding guest service Is dependable, accountable, and willing to lead from the front Why Join Detroit Wing Company?
