Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Youll make a meaningful difference by providing direct and indirect SLP services across multiple school sites, guiding students toward their communication goals and promoting academic success. Position Overview:Two full-time openings are available: First position: Start mid-August 2026 (pending approval) through November 4, 2026. Second position: Start mid-August 2026 (pending approval) through January 4, 2027, with a possible extension.Typical hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Requirements & Desired Experience: Valid CA SLP license (ASHA CCC required; teletherapy experience a plus) Experience with pediatric populations in school settings Contractors in their Clinical Fellowship year (CFY) cannot be considered Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based SLP duties Ability to work across multiple sites in an itinerant capacity Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and IEP management systems is highly valued Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct and indirect speech-language pathology services to K-12 students Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress Provide consultative support to educators and families Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district policies Actively participate in paid team meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Benefits & Perks: Paid administrative time and team meetings Comprehensive onboarding and district-specific training provided Travel between schools is compensated Enjoy exposure to a diverse caseload and collaborative environment Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $95.00.
