Job Description Job Description Well-established Mechanical Company is looking for experienced: Sheet Metal Foreman- Mechanics and helpers. * Foreman- Pay up to $ 37 with experience * Mechanic- Pay up to $ 30 with experience * To work in the suburbs of Baltimore and Washington. * Must have own tools * Be able to read drawings * Paid vacation & Holidays * Top pay based on experience Ideal candidate must have the ability to: * Manage One or Multiple Commercial HVAC Projects Concurrently (Track Submittals, SOV, Schedules, Submit RFI's, Progress Billings, Request Change Orders) * Manage, Scope and Submit PO's For Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Vendors * Plan, Coordinate and Supervise Onsite Functions: Scheduling, Engineering, Material Control * Ensure Project(S) are Constructed in Accordance with Design, Budget and Schedule * Communicate with Trade Superintendents to Assure Adequate Supervision of the Total Project * Establish and Maintain A Good Working Relationships with the Field Trade Personnel and other Internal Customers * Maintain A Positive and Healthy Relationship with External Customers Company Description Mechanical Contracting Company-- Commercial & Residential Company Description Mechanical Contracting Company-- Commercial & Residential
