Job Summary

We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Production Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assist with the production and assembly of shipping containers used by a variety of retail companies.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast paced production environment, has strong hand eye coordination, and is able to work efficiently as part of a team while meeting daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and produce shipping containers according to company specifications.
• Assist with daily production and manufacturing operations.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Work at the production pace established by the team and meet daily production goals.
• Inspect products for proper assembly, dimensions, and overall quality.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and production leads.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work effectively with team members to maintain a consistent production flow.
• Follow all company safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to stand and remain active throughout a 8 hour shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Ability to use hand tools and production equipment as required.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required by the position.
• Ability to maintain focus and productivity throughout a 8 hour shift.
