Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations using standardized assessments and clinical observations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, ADLs, and self-regulation Provide direct therapy services in a clinic setting, using evidence-based and play-based approaches Collaborate with families and caregivers to educate, coach, and empower them in supporting their child’s goals Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with other therapists, educators, and medical providers Accurately document evaluations, progress notes, daily treatment logs, and discharge summaries in a timely manner Participate in team meetings, in-service trainings, and quality improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with clinic policies, HIPAA regulations, and state/federal therapy practice guidelines Qualifications Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current and valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Tennessee Experience with pediatric populations (early childhood through adolescence) New graduates are welcome to apply; mentorship available Current CPR certification Ability to pass background check and required screenings Preferred Skills Experience with sensory integration, handwriting programs, feeding therapy, or neurodiverse populations Familiarity with electronic documentation systems (EMR) Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to evidence-based, child-centered therapy #J-18808-Ljbffr Tullahoma Pediatric Therapy, LLC
