Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $55+ per visit

Registered Nurse – Home Health BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring an RN for home-visit nursing in Tracys Landing, Maryland. The position is full‑time, ongoing, and requires flexible schedules from Monday to Friday (8:30am‑5:00pm). Responsibilities Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs. Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures. Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager. Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders. Perform client assessments as necessary. Provide case management and coordination. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet. Qualifications Current RN license in Maryland. Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Prior home care experience preferred but not required. Graduation from an accredited nursing program (verified by transcript or diploma). Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with clinical staff. Strong interpersonal skills and solid computer skills. Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred. Ability to travel to cases as assigned. Compensation Base pay ranges from $55.00 to $62.00 per point, depending on qualifications. A $5,000 sign‑on bonus is available.
