HEME Patient Marketing Associate Director

The Associate Director, US Patient Marketing, will play a critical role in developing and executing patient-focused marketing tactics and strategies to support CASGEVY® (exagamglogene autotemcel). This individual will lead efforts to engage and empower patients and caregivers, ensuring that our marketing initiatives align with the needs of the patient community and drive awareness and education across branded and unbranded activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, a deep understanding of the US healthcare landscape, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of patients. Key Responsibilities Partner with patient advocacy groups, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to understand patient needs and incorporate their perspectives into marketing strategies. Demonstrate effective collaboration with stakeholder teams, including HCP marketing, sales, PSP, and Market Research to ensure seamless execution of patient marketing initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in consumer marketing, consumer engagement, and regulatory compliance, infusing learnings as appropriate. Serve as the CRC champion for all patient core material development, ensuring all patient marketing activities comply with regulatory and compliance standards. Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines and budgets. Knowledge and Skills Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing strategies, including creative campaign development, CRC reviews, omnichannel ecosystem planning, and patient journey mapping. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data from digital programs and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and agency partners. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare marketing, with a focus on patient marketing. Pay Range and Benefits Pay Range: $162,800 - $244,200. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Flexibility Flex Designation: Hybrid-Eligible or On-Site Eligible. In this Hybrid-Eligible role, you may work remotely up to two days per week or choose an on-site schedule, with ad hoc flexibility.
