Your role in the store is to provide prompt, courteous delivery of floral orders.Daily OperationsProviding exceptional service to all clienteleMust possess good communication skills, phone etiquette, and driving skillsMust have a clean driving record and if applicable CDLTime management skills, dependability, and basic automotive maintenance skillsMust maintain a clean vehicle, checking the vehicle daily for any issues and reporting, keeping a driving log of all deliveriesMust have basic directional skills, map reading, and knowledge of delivery areasCompany StandardsAdhering to all safety, sanitation, and training policiesMaintaining clear communication with other departmentsComplying with all company policies including following dress code and wearing name tagBasic Functions and Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products. Must have dexterous use of both hands. Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use. Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparations of food items and/or removing products from boxes.This is medium work requiring good, corrected vision, hearing, lifting, carrying, stooping, kneeling, standing, reaching, pushing, pulling, and the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
