Direct Hire Salary $110,000 - $130,000 annually Shift: 7am-7pm (Flexibility needed) What’s a typical day as Maintenance Manager? You’ll be: Leading, mentoring, and developing the maintenance team to achieve departmental goals Overseeing the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems Developing and managing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life Establishing and maintaining detailed maintenance records and computer logs Ensuring alignment with company objectives for energy efficiency, ISO compliance, and green initiatives Managing maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement of parts and supplies Coordinating and overseeing third-party contractors and vendors for specialized services Driving continuous improvement in safety, reliability, and maintenance processes Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies Collaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams to support operational excellence This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent experience Possess proven leadership experience in an industrial maintenance environment Demonstrate strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems Have experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems Are familiar with ISO 50001, 9001, 14001, or similar standards Exhibit excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills Bring solid problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
