Job TitleEngage in planning meetings and discussions along with Client Project Manager and other stakeholdersReview running project schedules and methodologyPerform assessment of client defined plan and execution schedule & advise for adjustments, if requiredCollaborate with all stakeholders participating in planning and execution to keep project at par with timelinesProvides guidance to team to stay on the track and fast track the executionMonitor project progress and provide recommendations to adjust the scheduleProvides recommendations to mitigate project risks and issuesAssist Client PM in planning and executionProvide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progressCommunication/liaison with the CBS-IT Project and Operation TeamIdentifies and assigns appropriate resources to accomplish various project tasks; guides and coaches team members through various stages of the project; provides developmental feedback to team members
