Senior Government Contracts Counsel
Serco
Serco Inc. (Serco) seeks an Associate General Counsel – Government Contracts to provide strategic legal counsel across U.S. and international government contracts. You will support the full lifecycle from capture to closeout and advise on FAR/DFARS and compliance for both US and international procurements. The role requires JD, active bar, 8+ years of government contracting experience, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Travel up to 10% may be required.
