Sr. Financial Analyst

DescriptionWe are partnering with a dynamic, investment-focused organization seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its growing finance team. The role offers significant exposure to investment analysis, performance reporting, and executive-level decision support within a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain financial models analyzing operating performance, cash flow, balance sheet activity, and key business metrics.Support the evaluation of strategic initiatives through scenario modeling, forecasting, and investment analysis.Analyze asset and portfolio performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.Partner with cross-functional teams to assess business results, market conditions, and performance drivers.Prepare presentations, reports, and analytical materials for executive leadership and other key stakeholders.Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to improve reporting accuracy and business insights.Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and actionable manner.Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial models, reporting packages, and data sources.Contribute to ongoing process improvements and enhancements within the FP& A function.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, investment analysis, or a related environment.Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling, forecasting, valuation, and sensitivity analysis.Experience preparing materials for senior leadership and supporting strategic decision-making.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.High level of attention to detail, organization, and professionalism.Job typePerm
