Join us to invest in yourself, your career, and the financial world.The Role: We’re building Commercial Banking from the ground up and are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our next-generation business banking platform.This is a 01, company-level role responsible for defining how businesses move and manage money across modern rails — including Wires, ACH, FedNow, and emerging real-time/stablecoin settlement. You will set the vision, drive the roadmap and deliver the experiences and infrastructure that commercial clients need to run their businesses. You’ll operate with high autonomy, influence executive strategy, and lead complex, regulated financial systems from concept through scale.What you’ll do: Define the multi-year product vision and roadmap for Commercial BankingOwn and deliver client facing experiences and APIs and end-to-end platform: business accounts, payments rails (Wires, ACH, FedNow), treasury capabilities, and APIsLead 01 product development from discovery through launch and scaleManage and grow a product team to drive roadmap and delivery as business scalesPartner cross-functionally with Business, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Finance, Sales and Operations teams to bring product roadmap to lifeTranslate regulatory and operational constraints into elegant product solutionsDrive measurable outcomes: adoption, volume, reliability, cost efficiency, and risk performanceInfluence company strategy and mentor other PMs as a subject-matter expert in commercial bankingWhat you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in a technical, finance, or quantitative field.10+ years of product management experience, with significant time in platform and B2B rolesExperience building and growing teams of product managersStrong cross-functional collaboration and influence skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical complexity for diverse stakeholders. Experience presenting to C-level leadershipDirect experience building commercial/business banking or payments productsDeep knowledge of Wires and ACH systems and operationsExperience with FedNow or real-time payments (RTP)Experience launching regulated financial products at scale from within a BankEntrepreneurial mindset, with proven track record leading ambiguous, cross-team 01 initiatives independentlyStrong technical fluency with APIs, ledgers, and payments architectures Preferred Qualifications: Stablecoin, tokenized deposits, or blockchain-based settlement experienceSponsor bank or Banking-as-a-Service experienceTreasury, cash management, or reconciliation platform exposureExperience building front-end b2b experiences Experience building developer-first financial platforms or serving fintech/platform customersCompensation and BenefitsThe base pay range for this role is listed below.
