Senior Customer Analytics & Measurement Lead

Our client is a leading telecommunications and connectivity company serving millions of customers across the United States. As part of a broader Customer 360 initiative they are seeking a Senior Customer Analytics & Measurement Lead to partner closely with an analytics professional and senior business leaders to translate customer insights into actionable programs business recommendations and measurable outcomes.

This is a highly business-facing role for an experienced analytics and strategy professional who can take analytical findings develop the story behind the data and build organizational alignment around what the insights mean and what the business should do next. The ideal candidate combines customer analytics experience with strong consulting communication and executive stakeholder management skills.

• Role level: Senior Manager to Director
• Location: Hybrid 3 days per week onsite in Stamford CT
• Duration: Long-term consulting role through 2027 (must be able to work on Blends W2 without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future)

What youll do:

Customer Analytics & Business Strategy

• Partner closely with an analytics professional to identify meaningful findings from customer data and translate those findings into actionable business opportunities.
• Develop compelling stories and recommendations that connect analytical insights to customer needs business priorities and potential programs.
• Help shape prospective customer programs and initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve customer growth engagement and retention.
• Support the development of customer targeting strategies by identifying signals and insights that can inform campaign opportunities.
• Bring a strong understanding of customer behavior business performance and measurement to help determine where analytical findings can have the greatest business impact.

Measurement & Outcomes

• Define how customer initiatives and programs should be measured and establish clear measures of success.
• Develop measurement approaches for initiatives designed to drive outcomes such as customer upsell monthly recurring revenue growth and retention.
• Partner with analytics resources to evaluate program performance and determine whether initiatives are achieving their intended outcomes.
• Translate performance results into clear business implications and recommendations for future action.
• Help establish a consistent connection between customer insights business initiatives and measurable outcomes.

Executive Stakeholder Engagement

• Present customer insights recommendations and measurement approaches to senior leaders including VPs SVPs and senior directors.
• Build organizational alignment around customer metrics programs priorities and definitions of success.
• Influence stakeholders across a large matrixed organization and build support for recommended actions.
• Navigate differing perspectives and priorities while maintaining focus on the business objective and supporting recommendations with facts analysis and relevant experience.
• Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear concise and compelling way for executive audiences.
• Bring confidence professionalism and executive polish to senior-level client conversations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the Customer 360 program team and maintain strong alignment across Blend and client stakeholders.
• Partner with analytics marketing customer strategy and business teams to connect customer findings to potential programs and campaigns.
• Coordinate closely with the analytics lead to ensure findings are accurately understood appropriately contextualized and translated into business recommendations.
• Provide regular updates and reporting to both Blend and client stakeholders.
• Help move initiatives from insight and recommendation through stakeholder alignment action and outcome measurement.

Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Use dashboards and business intelligence tools such as Tableau to understand customer trends performance and analytical findings.
• Interpret analytical outputs and identify the business implications behind the numbers.
• Use data as a foundation for recommendations rather than simply reporting on metrics.
• Leverage emerging AI-enabled tools including ChatGPT or Claude to support analysis synthesize findings develop insights and prepare executive presentations.
• This is a business-facing analytics role not a technical analytics or BI development position . The role does not require hands-on dashboard development SQL Python or data engineering expertise.

Qualifications :

Experience & Background

• Senior-level experience in customer analytics customer strategy marketing analytics measurement business strategy consulting or related discipline.
• Experience translating analytical findings into business recommendations programs or strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive action across a complex organization.
• Experience working with senior business stakeholders and presenting to executive audiences.
• Consulting professional services or client-facing experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience on the business side owning or influencing a measurement product customer analytics program or similar capability is also highly relevant.
• Experience supporting customer growth retention upsell lifecycle marketing or campaign targeting initiatives is a plus.

Analytics & Measurement Skills

• Strong understanding of customer analytics and business performance measurement.
• Ability to interpret dashboards and business intelligence outputs including tools such as Tableau.
• Ability to identify meaningful trends and insights and connect them to business opportunities.
• Experience defining KPIs success measures or measurement frameworks for business initiatives.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to support recommendations using facts data and business experience.
• Advanced data visualization or dashboard development is not required.

Communication & Influence

• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build alignment and persuade stakeholders across functions and levels of an organization.
• Confidence challenging assumptions and advocating for recommendations when supported by data and experience.
• Ability to turn complex analytical findings into clear compelling business stories.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to develop polished executive presentations.
• Comfortable operating with senior leaders and navigating a large matrixed corporate environment.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Strategic business-minded and highly collaborative.
• Able to move beyond simply owning a metric or dashboard to influence what the organization does with the information.
• Comfortability operating in an environment where priorities and recommendations may need to evolve based on new insights.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Professional polished confident and able to establish credibility quickly with senior client leaders.

Additional Information :

The starting pay range for this role is $75-80 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience skills certifications training and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
