Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Appropriate state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in school settings
• Prior experience with pediatrics or interest in working with school-aged children
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Deliver direct therapy services in group and one-on-one settings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and advocate for their needs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations for student goals and strategies
