Restaurant Server Fox Bros Bar-B-Q Brookhaven

Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
3. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about menu items.
4. Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
5. Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
6. Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
7. Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
8. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders.
9. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
10. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
11. Upsell additional menu items and beverages to increase sales.
12. Work as part of a team to provide excellent service and create a positive dining experience for guests.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Qualifications

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred.
2. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
7. Knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
8. Must be at least 18 years old.
9. TABC certification (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) may be required.
10. Ability to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
11. Must be reliable and punctual.
