Entry Level Sales Consultant

Paychex seeks an Entry Level Sales Consultant to drive new business for our payroll, HR, and benefits solutions. In this client-facing role, you will prospect and qualify small and midsize businesses, conduct discovery calls, and present tailored Paychex offerings that address their HR, payroll, retirement, and insurance needs. You’ll manage a structured pipeline, track activity in CRM, and partner with senior reps and specialists. Paychex provides strong training, clear career paths, and a collaborative, integrity-driven culture focused on helping businesses succeed.
