HIRING IMMEDIATELY: RECEIVING CLERK IN LACEY, WA

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Receiving Clerk to join our team in Lacey, WA. This individual will be responsible for checking drivers in/out, schedule delivery appointments, assign dock doors, and direct yard traffic, as well as preparing, verifying, and completing all incoming/outgoing paperwork, bills of lading, and receipts. The ideal candidate will a strong data entry skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and sharp attention to detail, and must be comfortable interacting professionally with drivers, vendors, and internal team members. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $18.13/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Full time schedule
• Located in Lacey, WA

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check drivers in/out, schedule delivery appointments, assign dock doors, and direct yard traffic
• Prepare, verify, and complete all incoming/outgoing paperwork, bills of lading, and receipts
• Keep our warehouse management system up to date
• Inspect load tallies, cross-check order counts against invoices, flag discrepancies, and notify suppliers of any mistakes
• Collect unloading payments, issue complete receipts, and verify checks
• Prep daily receiving tallies, maintain a clean workspace, and assist with inventory control as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A strong data entry skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and sharp attention to detail
• Comfortable interacting professionally with drivers, vendors, and internal team members
• Willingness to work varied shifts (including early mornings, weekends, or occasional overtime).
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures (including cold storage around 36 F)
• Ability to stand for up to 2 hours at a time during an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to work in spaces with 72 inches of headroom.
• High school diploma (or equivalent); experience with WMS
