We practice within an assent-based, child-centered ABA model and provide the training, mentorship, and clinical oversight needed to succeed-without requiring a fixed or full-time schedule.

- Part-time hours built around your availability
- Sessions provided in home and community settings only
- Caseload assigned within a defined local region
- Consistent schedules once cases are assigned
- No weekends required
- Paid onboarding and hands-on training
- Ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs
- Paid RBT certification (training, exam, and supervision included, if applicable)

What You'll Do
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
- Implement treatment plans in home and community settings
- Use play-based and individualized strategies to engage children
- Collect accurate session data and progress notes
- Communicate with families and clinical supervisors
- Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
Success in this role is defined by:
- Reliable attendance within your committed availability
- Compassionate engagement with children and families
- Accurate data collection and documentation
- Professional communication and follow-through
- Openness to feedback and learning
- Hourly Rate: $21.00-26.00/hour (based on education and experience)
- Prior experience in ABA or behavioral health
- Higher education or relevant coursework
- Fluency in additional languages
- Advanced certifications or specialized training
Qualifications & Essential Job Functions
- Minimum age of 18
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including:
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations
- Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, including aggression or elopement
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region
- Valid driver's license and punctual attendance
- No prior ABA experience required - we train you
- College students in psychology, education, social work, or related fields
- Childcare or education roles (nanny, tutor, paraprofessional)
- Mental health or human services experience
- Camp counselor, volunteer, or youth program experience
