Real Estate Accounting Manager: Lead Close Client Liaison

Jobtailor in Westmont, IL is seeking a skilled accounting leader to manage the monthly close and consolidate financial reporting for a real estate portfolio. You will serve as the main client contact for reviews, lead a small accounting team, and ensure GAAP compliance across leases and CAM recoveries. The role requires strong Excel skills, REIT experience, and familiarity with Yardi. CPA preferred, U.S. work authorization required.
