Qualifications and Credentials:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or pending state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Possession of ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Demonstrated experience (either in training or previous roles) working with pediatric populations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational abilities and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their speech and language goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents
• Provide direct therapy and intervention in both group and one-on-one settings
• Track progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate records
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Offer support and guidance to classroom teachers regarding communication strategies
