JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Virtual Patient Care Coordinator to support patients throughout their healthcare journey via remote communication channels. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between patients, providers, and care teams—ensuring seamless coordination, timely follow-ups, and a high-quality patient experience.
This is a fully remote position requiring strong communication skills, healthcare knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple patient interactions in a fast-paced environment.
MUST HAVE:
-2+ years of experience in healthcare coordination, patient support,
-Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems (Cerbo)
-Full lifecycle management of prescriptions (manage orders, follow up with compounding pharmacy. This is done in E-Prescribe)
-Management of patient scheduling and billing
