We’re hiring an experienced Service Manager to join our Pompano Beach Service Team. Reporting to the Regional Service Operations Director this role offers the chance to take ownership of a growing service operation and lead a talented team of technicians, driving productivity, maintaining high service standards, optimizing shop processes, and building strong relationships with customers and internal partners. What You’ll Do As an EPG Service Manager, you will directly influence how our customers experience our brand. Your mission is to lead a team that delivers exceptional service with consistency, professionalism, and pride. Responsibilities include: Leading the service department and fostering a strong, collaborative team culture Creating and managing training programs that support continuous improvement Building meaningful customer relationships and serving as a trusted point of contact Ensuring high customer satisfaction and resolving concerns effectively Managing warranty processes, from repair accuracy to claim submission Coordinating service scheduling to optimize workflow and turnaround times Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment Overseeing hiring decisions, performance coaching, and disciplinary actions Monitoring technician productivity and ensuring high‑quality repair standards Managing shop equipment, tools, and software subscriptions Completing additional tasks that support service operations Requirements What we’re looking for: 3+ years of experience managing service operations Preferred experience with CDK software Strong written and verbal communication abilities Comfort working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor others The ability to build strong, professional relationships with customers and your team Basic computer literacy A positive, approachable attitude Foundational knowledge of OSHA requirements A valid driver’s license Perks & Benefits Competitive salary Health, vision, and dental insurance 401(k) match to help you plan for the future Life insurance and short/long‑term leave options Supportive environment where your ideas and contributions matter STD and LTD 100% covered by EPG Paid training Safety shoes and safety glasses reimbursement EPG is proud to be an equal‑opportunity workplace and is an affirmative‑action employer.
