ICU Registered Nurse

This position involves providing care in a mixed unit primarily handling medical patients, as well as neurosurgery and cardiovascular surgery patients. The unit consists of 38 beds with patient ratios of 2:1 to 3:1. Required equipment familiarity includes CRRT, vents, and hemodynamics. Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly EPIC, is preferred. Ideal candidates will have additional certifications such as CCRN or SCRN and experience in open-heart recovery or CRRT. The environment encourages team-oriented individuals who are compassionate and dedicated to patient care. Dress code includes wearing black scrubs with no hoodies or unacceptable attire.
