This role involves the development, testing, and support of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications in a cloud environment. The successful candidate will ensure that system designs and solutions align with strategic business outcomes while maintaining high standards for coding and quality control.Key Responsibilities* Develop and maintain complex self-service solutions using Genesys IVR technologies.* Collaborate with development teams to design and implement robust contact center applications.* Ensure system designs align with specified business outcomes and organizational technology standards.* Perform hands-on software development and programming tasks for IVR platforms.* Support the deployment and testing of applications in cloud environments.* Implement best practices for software development, coding quality, and version control.Required Qualifications**Experience:** Candidates must possess extensive experience in software development with multiple full-lifecycle implementations. Significant technical depth in Genesys IVR frameworks and speech-enabled IVR systems is necessary for this role.**Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and the Eclipse SDK is required.
