Senior Manager FP&A

Kforce's high-impact client is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to serve as a key finance leader supporting plant operations in Collinsville, IL. Summary: This role partners directly with site leadership and corporate finance to drive performance, visibility, and strategic decision-making across a complex manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of FP&A analysts supporting plant operations
- Partner closely with plant leadership to provide financial insight and support decision-making
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting cycles
- Deliver variance analysis and actionable insights tied to operational drivers
- Build business cases to support capital investments and cost improvement initiatives
- Enhance financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiencies
- Prepare and present financial analyses to senior leadership
- Drive accountability and performance through data-driven insights
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 7-10+ years of FP&A or related analytical experience
- Proven experience leading and developing teams
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
- Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience with ERP and analytics tools (e.g., Oracle, OneStream, Power BI, Python) preferred
- Manufacturing or industrial experience strongly preferred
- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, results-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
