Security Technician II

Job Description Our client is looking to hire a self‑motivated individual to grow their knowledge and experience in the physical security industry. They seek a service technician to provide tech support for existing residential customers throughout the BAWA region. The technician will offer tier‑2 support, provide virtual phone assistance, and, if all troubleshooting avenues are exhausted, will travel to correct any issues. This role involves assessing tickets, receiving incoming calls, and prioritizing challenges. Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of security, AV, and home automation systems. Program and troubleshoot Honeywell, Concord, Vista, Qualsys, and Alarm.com systems. Remain calm under pressure and deliver top‑notch customer service. Qualifications 3‑5 years of security installation, service, and technical knowledge of security systems. Customer‑service oriented, able to help customers self‑troubleshoot. Strong presence on the phone to provide technical support.
