A career with us as an HVAC Technician requires the following: Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer HVAC problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner. Spot potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns or callbacks. Practice good customer relation skills at all times. Attend service training classes to upgrade technical abilities. Commit to involving customers in ESP agreements. Computer, IOS skills and fill out all forms and paperwork in a neat, timely, complete and accurate manner. Abide by all company policies including safety, appearance and hygiene, driving habits, quality control, conduct in customer's home or business, etc. Handle customer concerns, questions, or problems in an effective manner. Meet or exceed the company's minimum standards with regard to company objectives including Tune-ups, Lead generation, accessory sales, and customer retention. Must have a Valid Drivers License, Universal EPA License and Journeyman License Must have experience Must understand time management and manage time effectively and successfully. Must be willing to work as a team, attend training for both technical and soft skills.
