Seeking an Industrial Coating Supervisor to oversee daily coating operations, lead and train technicians, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency . The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of industrial coatings or painting experience , supervisory skills, knowledge of surface preparation and spray techniques, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and safety documents.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily industrial coating operations and workflow.
- Lead, train, and assign work to coatings technicians.
- Ensure proper surface preparation, coating, curing, and inspection.
- Enforce safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Monitor materials, equipment, and preventive maintenance.
- Improve efficiency, quality, and overall workflow.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of industrial coatings, painting, or surface finishing experience.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of coating materials, spray techniques, and surface preparation.
- Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and safety data sheets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade school preferred.
