This role plays a critical part in maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency. Server Assistants help with setting up, cleaning, and supporting service tasks, and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere./ph3Reporting Structure/h3p Reports to the FB Director, Banquet Manager or Restaurant Manager/ph3Day-to-Day/h3ulliAssist with delivering food and beverages to members/guests, ensuring prompt service./liliHelp maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including setting up tables and restocking supplies./liliGain basic knowledge of the la carte menu and daily specials to assist with service and answer simple questions./liliGreet members/guests with a friendly attitude, providing basic assistance and ensuring a welcoming environment./liliCollaborate with team members to ensure a smooth dining experience, providing support as needed./liliAssist in handling Member/Guest requests and complaints, escalating issues to Servers or management when necessary./liliComplete side work, including cleaning, organizing, and stocking work areas to meet club standards./liliFollow safety and cleanliness guidelines, ensuring all areas are maintained in accordance with Club policies./liliPerform additional duties as assigned by management, including supporting special events and large parties./li/ulh3Additional Duties/h3ulliDue to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management./liliFollow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions./liliMaintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff./liliFollow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same./liliTake the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role./liliAddress and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations./liliAttend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the teams success./liliWear a clean, neat uniform that meets club standards./li/ulh3About You/h3pPreferred/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent./liliPrevious experience in Food and Beverage service./liliCurrent Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations./liliCompletion of Inviteds FB Service Training program./liliExcellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively./liliAbility to follow instructions and communicate well with team members./li/ulh3Physical Requirements/h3ulliMust be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods./liliAbility to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases./liliCapable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required./liliAble to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally./liliEffective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity./li/ulh3Primary Tools/Equipment/h3ulliTrays/liliPOS System/liliBottle Opener/liliWine Tool/li/ulh3Work Schedule/h3ulliAttendance requirements for this position as outlined on the weekly schedule./liliAdditional hours are required to meet deadlines of the position, including weekends and/or holidays./li/ulpInvited is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer/ppThe job posting outlines the general requirements for this position and is not a comprehensive list of duties, responsibilities, or requirements.
