Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts! Are you interested in working for a dynamic agency with generous compensation and premier benefits? The In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
- Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
- Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
- Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions
Compensation:
- Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
