Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a headless, agent-driven testing strategy using Playwright APIs
- Build a headless-first testing pyramid with majority validation at API and data layers
- Develop intent-based testing systems using autonomous agents instead of scripted flows
- Implement self-healing frameworks to adapt to schema and UI changes automatically
- Create generative data and ETL-aware validation mechanisms for complex data integrity checks
- Integrate event-driven quality signals into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation
- Architect scalable, enterprise-grade automation frameworks aligned with modern DevOps practices
- Strong expertise in TypeScript and Node.js or Python
- Hands-on experience with Playwright (API and UI automation)
- Deep understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures
- Proven experience designing scalable test automation frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern cloud environments
- Strong architectural and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in Healthcare domain
- Exposure to AI-driven or autonomous testing frameworks
- Familiarity with data validation, ETL processes, and large-scale systems
