Job Description:

We are actively looking for a compassionate, reliable, and skilled ;b> Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. A Full-Time (FT) position is available offering competitive wages.

;b> Hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

;b> Shift: 12-hour shifts

;b> Status: Full-Time

;b> Schedule: Every Wednesday and Thursday/Every other weekend

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a State-approved ;b> Registered Nurse (RN) program
\u003
• Currently licensed in SC and must maintain an active license while employed
\u003
• 1-year nursing experience
\u003
• CPR Certificate

Preferred: 1 Year of Senior Living Experience

Responsibilities include:

• Respond to resident call system promptly and courteously.

• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.

• Follow OSHA compliance and safety procedures.
\u003
• Provide resident care as assigned.
\u003
• Respond to resident calls and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
\u003
• Dispense medications per physicians' orders.
\u003
• Accurately record and complete care plan documentation in a timely manner.
