Senior Product Manager, Banking

Novo is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Banking to own a major product area spanning payment experiences, account services, platform reliability, and customer security.
This is a high-impact role for someone who understands the complexity behind financial products and can turn it into simple, trustworthy customer experiences. You’ll work closely with engineering, operations, risk, and external partners to improve how customers manage and move funds while helping shape the next phase of the company’s platform.
This is a hybrid position in the Financial District in NYC (2-3 days onsite).
Location: New York City (Hybrid). Compensation: $160,000 - $200,000.
