What You'll Be Known For Delivering an exceptional guest experience every time. Driving key performance indicators through every guest interaction. Confidently presenting our Wellness Programs and converting guests into lifelong members. Increasing memberships, retention, pre-bookings, and service enhancements. Taking ownership of your individual performance and contributing to retreat success. Building lasting relationships that create loyal members.

What You'll Do Deliver a five-star guest experience from the first phone call through checkout. Build meaningful relationships with members and first-time guests. Educate guests on our Wellness Programs and confidently recommend memberships. Consistently drive key performance indicators, including: Membership Conversion, Member Retention, Pre-Booking, Service Elevations, Membership Growth. Identify opportunities to save memberships and strengthen guest loyalty. Own every phone call with professionalism, warmth, and confidence. Maintain scheduling accuracy, detailed appointment notes, and seamless communication. Collaborate with therapists and teammates to deliver an elevated guest experience.

What We're Looking For A natural relationship builder. Sales-minded and motivated by measurable results. Coachable, accountable, and driven to improve. Organized with strong attention to detail. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive, dependable, and professional. Hospitality, retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred.

Schedule Expectations 30-35 hours per week. 4-5 shifts each week. Morning, evening, and weekend availability. Open availability strongly preferred. Reliable transportation with the ability to support Buckhead and Brookhaven when needed

Compensation & Growth Competitive hourly pay. Performance bonuses based on membership sales. Guaranteed $1/hour pay increase every six months for eligible team members who maintain strong performance and attendance. Ongoing coaching, leadership development, and advancement opportunities
