What You'll Be Known For:

• Delivering an exceptional guest experience every time.
• Driving key performance indicators through every guest interaction.
• Confidently presenting our Wellness Programs and converting guests into lifelong members.
• Increasing memberships, retention, pre-bookings, and service enhancements.
• Taking ownership of your individual performance and contributing to retreat success.
• Building lasting relationships that create loyal members.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver a five-star guest experience from the first phone call through checkout.
• Build meaningful relationships with members and first-time guests.
• Educate guests on our Wellness Programs and confidently recommend memberships.
• Consistently drive key performance indicators, including:
• Membership Conversion
• Member Retention
• Pre-Booking
• Service Elevations
• Membership Growth
• Identify opportunities to save memberships and strengthen guest loyalty.
• Own every phone call with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
• Maintain scheduling accuracy, detailed appointment notes, and seamless communication.
• Collaborate with therapists and teammates to deliver an elevated guest experience.

• Hospitality, retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred.

Schedule Expectations:

• 30-35 hours per week
• 4-5 shifts each week
• Morning, evening, and weekend availability
• Open availability strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation with the ability to support Buckhead and Brookhaven when needed

Compensation & Growth:

• Competitive hourly pay
• Performance bonuses based on membership sales
• Guaranteed $1/hour pay increase every six months for eligible team members who maintain strong performance and attendance
