Position: Lead Data Scientist
Location: Charlotte, NC ( Onsite 5 days a week )
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy:
Guide data science operations, provide strategic direction, and mentor junior team members or peers.Model Development: Design and deploy machine learning models, predictive networks, or natural language/AI features.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to align data projects with company goals.Data Analysis: Process, clean, and analyze large-scale telecom datasets to solve operational problems.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or advanced analytics, including leadership experience.Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.Frameworks & Tools: Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks).
