About the Role
The Springs at Happy Valley is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As part of our community, you'll play an essential role in creating a clean, comfortable, and inviting home for our residents. We're looking for someone who brings warmth, compassion, and pride in their work and someone who notices the little things and understands the big impact they make.
What You'll Do
- Follow a daily cleaning schedule for resident apartments and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, and sanitize living spaces
- Clean bathrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash and maintain tidy, organized environments
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere for residents
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
What We're Looking For
- Housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (we're happy to train the right person)
- Familiarity with cleaning products and safety practices
- Dependable, flexible, and detail-oriented
- Friendly, patient, and team-focused
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
