In turn, we are dedicated to ensuring our team of caregivers feel the same compassion provided to the residents.If any part of this message resonates with you, then Roosevelt Care Center at OLD BRIDGE wants to hear from you!Housekeeping Aide Qualifications & Responsibilities:High School Diploma or equivalentExperience in long term care and environmental services preferred but not requiredProvide cleaning services for business offices, rehab gym, interior and common areas and amenities of the facility in a safe, neat, clean and attractive conditionMaintains the facility by cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and polishingMUST HAVE EXPERIENCE STRIPING AND WAXING FLOORSKeeping equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairsReports potentially unsafe conditions promptly to the SupervisorMaintain all grounds; including sidewalks, public walkways and stairways, building exteriors, garden areas in a neat, clean and attractive condition. Keeping supplies ready by restocking housekeeping supplies; ordering new supplies as neededWash/dry, fold, sort and label clean linensFollow a daily routine and weekly schedulesInteract with residents, families, and visitors in a friendly and courteous mannerCompleting tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping in resident areasRemoving trash from common areas and resident roomsOther duties assigned by supervisorHousekeeping Aide Schedules & Benefits:Schedule: Day shiftHealth, dental, vision and PTO for full-time employeesOpportunities for advancementRoosevelt Care Center at OLD BRIDGE is an equal opportunity employer.
