Position Overview
At ProFleet Solution, our technicians are the backbone of our operation. We are looking for a motivated, dependable Fleet Service Technician to help keep commercial vehicles safe, reliable, and road-ready. This position involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of fleet vehicles both in-shop and in the field. Mobile repair vehicle will be provided for any mobile work.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance services on fleet vehicles and equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, suspension, brake, steering, and HVAC systems
Conduct DOT inspections and safety checks
Complete mobile roadside repairs and emergency service calls when needed
Perform tire repairs and replacements
Troubleshoot drivability and diagnostic issues efficiently
Maintain accurate repair orders and inspection reports
Communicate repair recommendations clearly with management and customers
Ensure all work meets company safety and quality standards
Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional
Qualifications
Experience working on light, medium, or heavy-duty fleet vehicles
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Knowledge of diesel and gas engines preferred
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license required
DOT certification preferred but not required
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude

ProFleet Solution is a true one-stop fleet service company offering mobile repair, in-house mechanical work, collision repair, DOT inspections, tire service, windshields, roadside assistance, and more. We pride ourselves on keeping our customers’ fleets operating safely and efficiently with fast, professional service.
Bonus paid on the first payroll check following 90 days of continuous employment. Must be actively employed and in good standing at the time of payout. Subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.
