Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

The Bulk Machine Operator is responsible for overseeing the production line activities, collaborating with shift production management, quality assurance, and mechanical staff to ensure the quality and integrity of all finished products.

Responsibilities

• Check production sheets to determine which machine will run in order to follow the production schedule.
• Set up date codes and the bulk packaging machines.
• Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitizing of equipment after use.
• Inspect equipment prior to use and after cleaning.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production, general labor, and general production.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Proficiency in reading and writing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.
• 6+ months of previous manufacturing experience.

Work Environment

The work environment includes current openings for CIP and Bulk Operators with shifts from 5 pm to 5 am, offering a $3 shift differential. The facility can get warm in certain areas, and floors are often wet, so slip-resistant shoes are required.

This is a Permanent position based out of La Crosse, WI.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $66560.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
