**Must be able to pass insurance license tests in a timely manner.

***Full time 8:30am-5pm MON-FRI or part time with one day off per week***

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
• Outbound cold calling when needed to assist the sales team.
• Growth into sales position within a few weeks

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

This position offers a modest base salary with a strong commission structure and significant earning protentional. It is best suited for someone who is motivated by performance and excited by the opportunity to directly impact their income through individual sales success. Agents who meet minimum goals make $50,000 per year. If you are motivated to control your income, the commissions are uncapped.
