Role Description The Sales Professional role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delray Beach, FL. This role involves greeting and engaging clients in the showroom, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable luxury watches, jewelry, and other luxury items. The Sales Professional will manage the sales process from initial consultation through purchase, including handling trades, consignments, and purchases, while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to company policies. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, updating inventory displays, supporting online inquiries, and collaborating with service centers to coordinate repairs or servicing for clients. The role also includes building long-term relationships with clients, contributing to sales targets, and supporting marketing and client outreach activities that strengthen Salamanca Watches’ brand and customer loyalty. Qualifications Demonstrated sales and customer service skills in retail, hospitality, or luxury goods environments. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to engage diverse clients professionally. Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling inventory, documentation, and transaction processes. Comfort with basic technology and point-of-sale systems, and the ability to support online sales or inquiries. Interest in or knowledge of luxury watches, fine jewelry, and premium eyewear; prior experience in the luxury sector is a plus. Ability to work on-site full time in Delray Beach, FL, including saturdays or extended hours as business needs require. High level of integrity, reliability, and discretion when handling high-value items and client information.
