Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY considered
• Appropriate state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) for Arizona
• Experience working with school-aged children highly preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Comfortable with providing services in diverse settings (onsite, remote, hybrid as needed)
• Proficiency in IEP documentation and progress tracking

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Delivering direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborating closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents
• Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and meetings required by the district
• Tracking, documenting, and reporting student progress
• Adapting service delivery to meet the needs of students whether onsite, remote, or within a hybrid arrangement
