Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float

Job Description At Dungarvin, we are a mission‑driven provider of support services rooted in respect, response and choice. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float position provides substitute coverage at assigned service sites, filling in during staff turnover, schedule changes, or paid time off. Work may be scheduled at any site where Dungarvin operates, including residential group homes, and involves assisting people with daily activities, personal care, medication administration, and community integration. Must be at least 18 years old. Good communication skills in reading, writing, and documentation. Valid driver’s license; ability to transport clients in company vehicles; some positions may require personal vehicle and insurance. Successful background clearance required. Wage: $19.50 per hour plus $2.00 per hour weekend shift differential.
