Job Description We have tons of people looking to talk to us, but not enough people to contact them!!! No Insurance License Required! Our Telemarketers earn a steady wage , don't work overtime , and have the ability to earn bonuses and perks . Not to mention, they could move into Sales, Service, or Management positions as they become available We're looking for someone with a bubbly personality to reach out to customers who request more information about our products. These are not cold calls , they are leads purchased from vendors who have confirmed that they want to be called Our growing team is eager to hire talented people with positive, upbeat personalities that are looking to grow their income and career Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Career Growth Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Responsibilities Our Telemarketers, which we call Sales Development Representatives are responsible for the following: Call warm leads to confirm 4-5 details previously provided by the customer Use our dialer system, which utilizes one-click calling, and one-click transfer to Sales Producers Have positive energy throughout the day Be organized Can learn how to deliver a short script with high energy, and use basic technology apps Be great communicators Be able to think on their feet Be punctual and consistent FAQ's: What kind of training will I receive? We invest in our team members to help them succeed and achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals. You will receive one on one coaching in-office as well as virtual training from our paid Sales Coaches to ensure your success Do I need to get my Insurance License to work here? No! You do not need to be licensed because you will not be selling anything. Just calling warm leads and transferring them to our Sales Producers What is the culture like in your company?
