Solo CDL-A Truck Driver Job Overview
  • Pay that grows with you. Solo drivers average about $65,000-$85,000 per year, starting at $0.55CPM with automatic raises every 6 months up to $0.60CPM.*
  • Extra pay that stacks up fast. Earn up to $0.15CPM < in monthly safety and performance incentives, plus stop pay, breakdown pay, layover pay, and detention pay-your time always counts.*
  • Strong starts and big bonuses. New OTR hires may qualify for a $10,000 sign-on/stay bonus (through 7/31; terms apply) and earn $800 for completing the driver orientation qualification process.*
  • Easy freight, driver-friendly policies. Run 99% no-touch freight, bring a pet or passenger along.
Team CDL-A Truck Driver Job Overview
  • Pay that grows with you. Team drivers average $97,000-$126,000 gross per year with a $0.75CPM base.*
  • Extra pay that stacks up fast. Earn up to $0.15CPM in monthly safety and performance incentives, plus stop pay, breakdown pay, layover pay, and detention pay-your time always counts.*
  • Strong starts and big bonuses. New OTR hires may qualify for a $10,000 sign-on/stay bonus (through 7/31; terms apply) and earn $800 for completing the driver orientation qualification process.*
  • Minimum weekly pay incentive. Team drivers can count on a $3,000 minimum per truck / $1,500 per driver per week.*
  • Easy freight, driver-friendly policies. Run 99% no-touch freight, bring a pet or passenger along, and for teams-refer a teammate and earn $1,200 (pre-existing teams only).
