Club 390, an established upscale gentlemen’s club and nightlife venue in Chicago’s South Suburbs, is seeking an experienced Marketing Director & AI Transformation Lead to help modernize our marketing, customer engagement, and business operations.

This is a unique, hands-on leadership role for a hospitality marketer who knows how to drive foot traffic, build customer loyalty, and run digital channels—while leveraging modern AI tools to streamline overall business operations. Over time, this role is designed to expand into total operational direction of our marketing department.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000 annually (based on experience) + performance bonus opportunities
• Full-time leadership position with direct access to ownership

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Leadership & Customer Acquisition

• Develop and execute strategies to drive foot traffic, VIP engagement, and repeat visits.
• Lead digital marketing, promotional events, social media content (video/photo/copy), and brand positioning.
• Oversee customer retention programs, segmented email/SMS marketing, and CRM management.
• Track campaign ROI and use customer data to continuously refine strategy.

2. Practical AI & Operational Transformation (Note: We do not need a software engineer—we need a practical power-user of generative AI.)

• Identify and implement modern AI tools to improve marketing speed, administrative workflows, and customer reporting.
• Build practical AI templates, prompts, and automated processes for management and staff.
• Integrate AI tools into customer databases, communications, content creation, and staff training.

Qualifications

• Hospitality Marketing Background: Proven experience in nightlife, restaurants, bars, casinos, hotels, or entertainment venues.
• Digital & Retention Expertise: Strong track record in social media, email/SMS marketing, event promotion, and CRM systems.
• Applied AI Experience: Active user of modern generative AI tools with a drive to integrate them into business workflows.
• Business Acumen: Ability to analyze data, spot operational inefficiencies, and build repeatable systems.
• Leadership Traits: Mature, discreet, highly organized, and comfortable working directly with ownership.
