Senior Java Developer

Role : Senior Java Developer Location : Scottsdale, AZ (100% Onsite) JD : We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in building and deploying enterprise-grade applications using Java , Spring Framework , and modern big data and container technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cloudera , Apache Kafka , and on-premises EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) for container orchestration. Must have : Java, AWS Spring, REST, Cloudera, Apache Kafka, and on-premises EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Spring Framework .
- Work with Cloudera ecosystem for big data processing and management.
- Implement and manage Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications on on-premises EKS clusters.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for containerized workloads.
- Optimize application performance and scalability in distributed environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application, data pipelines, and container orchestration.
- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across all deployments.
- 8-12 years of experience in enterprise application development.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Cloudera and big data technologies.
- Expertise in Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture and data streaming.
- Experience with on-premises EKS or Kubernetes-based container orchestration.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines , containerization (Docker), and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in distributed systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Exposure to cloud-native technologies and hybrid deployments.
- Knowledge of security best practices for containerized environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning for large-scale systems.
