Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our thriving Dental Practice. This position is for 2.5 to 3 days per week (21- 24 hrs). As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. This position also requires obtaining paperwork, records, and insurance information from new and existing patients. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. 

Responsibilities 

• Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
• Obtain patient records before the appointment
• Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of patients throughout their services

Qualifications

• Experience in the dental field is required
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
