Maintenance Director
Dahlia Gardens at Aberdeen is looking for an experienced Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance department at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.
If you're a hands-on leader with experience in healthcare, commercial buildings, hotels, apartments, or industrial maintenance, we'd love to meet you.

Lead all facility maintenance operations
Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs
Ensure compliance with Life Safety Code and regulatory requirements
Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems
Supervise maintenance staff and outside contractors
Manage work orders and department priorities
Coordinate fire safety, emergency preparedness, and generator testing
Keep the building and grounds safe, clean, and well maintained
3+ years of maintenance or facility operations experience
Previous supervisory or management experience
Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general building maintenance
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to respond to facility emergencies when needed
Healthcare or long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
